We chose Joe to create a new kitchen for us. He suggested using a kitchen from Howdens Joinery. Joe visited with the plan from Howdens and supplied us with a written quotation clearly defining costings and when payments were due. Joe turned up when he said he would, he was excellent at time management and arranged for a skip and for other trades people he uses to come and do work as needed. They all worked together and were all friendly and respectful. The original pipework was an interesting find, it was discussed and replaced as part of the scheme. They have created a great space for us. The workmanship is fantastic. The work is guaranteed for 5 years giving peace of mind. As expected we had a few little snags, Joe came back to sort them out. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1UP Construction Ltd

Great job done by Joe and Wayne from 1UP. We had a load bearing wall knocked through to open up our kitchen diner.
Very responsive if we had any questions. Really good price for the work done compared to others we received quotes from. And they got the job done even quicker than expected. Really happy with the results and would definitely have them back for future work. Thanks again both!

Excellent work carried out in the rebuild of a section of wall damaged by an out of control car. We’re really pleased with the standard of work (in fact it looks better than the original section!) and will definitely use the skills of Joe and Mick again. Would thoroughly recommend.

Joe gave a very competitive and real quote. He did exactly what I wanted in a professional way. He dropped off the materials a few days before doing the work to allow me to varnish them to make life easier. He kept me up to date with his agreed start date and arrival time and even messaged me to say he was running a few minutes late. Joe did an excellent job which I am very pleased with. Would I use Joe again? Yes, I most certainly would.

We hired 1UP Construction for a kitchen and bathroom renovation.

They started with the kitchen, which was completed to a high standard and we are really pleased with the results!

The bathroom then followed, again all work completed to high standard and all the furniture fitted is of excellent quality.

The service from start to finish was brilliant. All questions answered promptly. Quote received promptly. Overall communication was excellent.

Would highly recommend! We are considering more work in the future and won’t even be bothering getting quotes from others!

Joe came to fit my wardrobes which were built into my alcoves. He was on time, worked hard and tided up after himself too. My wardrobes are just what I wanted and worth every penny!!.. Thanks Joe, highly recommend, lovely lad and excellent in his craft.

The team at 1UP Construction did a fantastic job! They built a new extension to our home to incorporate a new open plan kitchen diner.
