Myself and the football club I run, Wombleton Wanderers have known John at 369 CUG for a long while now and the company were generous enough to sponsor is this season by buying a full playing kit for the lads. Last year Myself and my husband had the challenge of extending our home to make it big enough for our expanding family as I was pregnant with our second child. It was a very daunting task with neither of us having experience in self building before! Thankfully we were lucky enough to come across John and his team and 369 self build academy!

Like any self build we encountered many set backs along the way but John and his dedicated team were on hand to offer guidance and expertise turning what could have been an extremely stressful situation into stress free progression to our dream home. A major factor that helped was that John and the team had a huge catalogue of local tradesman and merchants on hand which enabled us to chose who was right for us and our needs.

We were on an extremely tight budget which of course added stress but John provided an well structured cost plan which helped us stay on track with our budget along the way with only minimal changes needing to be made along with being well informed of any adjustments required.

I can not thank John and his team enough, I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Their dedication and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations, and now our dream home is a reality thanks to them! Thank you 369!

My name is Sean Edge I have been designing, building houses and flats for 30+ yrs, I have also redeveloped several static caravan parks I owned, I met John through an associate and John has assisted me with a couple of projects in North Yorkshire, his knowledge is vast and he goes beyond normal parameters to be helpful. Hi John has provided the most cost effective consultancy to
varying degrees in four projects so far . We will definitely be using 369 as we move to pastures new . There have been improvements with cost and time saving benefits by employing John . We kicked off with two small domestic new builds which required elements of site control and some really tight QS services which gave us time and finance improvements .Through Johns experience he was able to source and cost packages effectively to minimise delays between different site skills these also minimised any interruption from building control/ planning .
Our 3 Rd site is a large 4 bed self build , built on 3 floors with under floor heating linked to renewable heating (air source heat pump and solar thermal ) . John sourced the underfloor heating and floor skim .
John saved us a fortune in the soak away drainage that he rationalised to take out the over engineered elements and replace with a cost effective solution , which has never failed .
John has assisted again with a granary conversion which should complete in 2024 .
