We employed Chris Smith to help design our project which was a renovation of ground floor area to turn into an annexe for our daughter. Everything was going well and Chris was really helpful, taking into account everything that was required and consulting with the contractors when needed.
We then had an issue with 2 porches due to poor construction so we contacted 3D again in November 2023, only to find out Chris had left. Andy Heasman said he would be happy to take on the redesign of the porches, we are now in July and after several conversations and promises to get the drawings out to us we still have no drawings.
I will never recommend this company again, they are full of empty promises and unreliable.
