A truly exceptional construction business that has conducted extensive work on my house.

They've rebuilt a garage extension, kitchen and remodelled my conservatory.

The garage is built to an exceptionally high standard and will easily convert to a living area if wished in the future because of how it has been cleverly structured.

Every care was taken to match bricks and provide indoor and outdoor electricity access & lighting.

The kitchen looks beautiful and despite having a lot more storage now, looks so much bigger with the new doorway and units. The new layout and modern lighting is ultra amazing!

The conservatory floor and new lighting is a huge improvement.

Whenever any issues arose, Michael and Kane responded immediately, without any delays whatsoever! They reassured us throughout the process and came up with fabulous ideas we hadn't even considered. They were respectful of our home and are honest, reliable and kind. They give the construction industry a great name!

I am very confident in recommending 3Elements for any works you'll need.

To Michael, Kane and crew Thanks so much for our extension and house improvements to our home, it was what we had both dreamed of and thanks to 3Elements you have made that dream come true, although we had 11 months of being upside-down it was well worth the wait to see the end results which are fantastic.
We have had a lot of people comments positively how lovely the house looks from the outside..our family n friends think we have got a new house they love it.
We would recommend 3Elements wanting either house improvements or an extension, we chose them due to being a local company as we like to support local businesses and due to an excellent reputation and having all trades under one umbrella.
All the lads they have working for them are a good bunch of hard workers with Michael and Kane making sure all the tradesmen followed on due to the extensive work being done..pun intended.

I was looking for a kitchen diner to replace an old kitchen and conservatory. I contacted 3 Elements after seeing a friends home they had worked on. Michael came round and bounced off a few ideas with us until we agreed on a great design. I like the galley kitchen style from my military days. The end product is fantastic, were virtually live in the extension now.

Michael was happy to come out initially and spend time giving us advice, even though we hadn’t decided if we were using their company. And one of the reasons we were happy to wait for them to be able to start as they were so busy. Both Michael and Kane were always ready to help and offer advice. And available when needed. Communication was good. All of the guys who worked on the extension and downstairs renovations were polite and friendly. Respectful too. Everything was finished to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Quality job converting our detached garage full of junk into a standalone office / games room. Michael took care of everything and achieved exactly what we wanted. Really hard grafters - every lad who came to do work got it done quickly and tidied up any mess. Couldn't recommend any more highly.

3Elements Construction have added a little extension to the front and completely renovated our bungalow from a tired building with poorly utilised space into a beautiful, modern home.
Kane, Michael and their team were great. They discussed our ideas with us and listened to what we wanted. They were professional throughout and did a very clean job. Even though we weren’t in the house things were tidied away each day.
It did take a little longer than expected but there were times when the weather was against them. Our mini grand design slightly overran and was slightly over budget but that was my fault in choosing the tiles, kitchen, cctv etc. 3Elements’ quote was incredibly close to the final price they charged. Michael and Kane are very fair and honest guys to work with.
The underfloor heating is amazing as is my light tube in an area with no natural light.
I have no plans to do any more building after this project but if I do I will certainly use 3Elements again.
