Plenty of stall tactics when it comes to paying the smaller sub-contractors. 100 days later and still no payment. Sending over huge PRE qualification questionnaires AFTER works are completed and signed off. Requesting we pay for their own online portal to log in to make payments. Pretty sure they're scamming people. I suppose it's a way of generating capital like most building and development firms.
