Spectacular group of professionals! Having grown up in the construction and design world, I know what makes a construction business excellent. Daniel is extremely professional and incredibly patient throughout the process, an excellent manager and coordinator. And Dave, as well as every single contractor involved in our project, was excellent at their craft. Additionally, they’re all super friendly and thoughtful about cleaning up. They most definitely go above and beyond. Our renovation work is perfect, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects. You won’t be disappointed you hired them!

Thank you, Daniel for a wonderful renovation! We loved everything about MDS from start to finish. Our job consisted of drywall, finishing, insulation, knockdown texture, paint and ceiling repair.

Daniel answered every question and offered great suggestions to our satisfaction. The project started on time and finished early...and, left the area exceptionally clean.

I would recommend MDS to everyone, and have to say that the staff was more than competent, professional and personable.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Daniel and MDS in renovating our condo. We had bought a fixer upper on the beach to rent out until we could retire. We were worried that it would take a couple of years to be ready but that would never happen with Daniel. He was very patient and worked with us to help us make the best use of our limited budget and we settled on fixing up the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, ceiling and floor. Daniel and his crew knocked out the project in a few weeks. The work is not only beautiful but feels very solid to the touch. It truly is high quality work up to the highest standards. And it was ready no less than 19 months before we thought it would be! We are glad to recommend Daniel and MDS anytime.

We hired Daniel to build our deck four months ago and we are very pleased with the outcome. He was respectful of our questions and concerns, honoured our requests and fulfilled all that he told us he'd do. His workers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The outcome was just what we wanted. We'dh him in a second for any upcoming project we may have and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a wooden deck built or any other project they may need done. Daniel was there during the complete remodeling of my home. It seemed like a new home by the time it was completed I was out of state during most of renovation and he kept in touch with me regarding everything. I am so satisfied with everything I had done.
