Shop full refurbishment

Thank You Rib Construction Management team for outstanding job! We recently bought a shop and we needed full refurbishment including full rewire, plumbing, AC, Windows reconfigure internal layout, redecoration etc., Rib Construction Management Team did it very fast and efficient job. Professional, with keen eye to detail, extremely knowledgable and completed my project in timely manner.
Couldn't thank Rib Construction Management team enough even after horror show we had with previous builder.

If I could give proficiency 9 stars I would. They managed an end to end design & build house renovation project for us faultlessly. Problems that inevitably crop up in building projects were swiftly and pragmatically dealt with. They took care to manage the budget and took real pride in making sure the finish we wanted was the finish we got. When you both work, having a construction manager you can trust is so important and quite rare. Rimas was brilliant as were his entire team. We've ended up with a home to love and could not have done it without them. I'd not hesitate to recommend proficiency and especially Rimas and would use them again. Thank you!

Absolutely 100% highly recommended. We hired RIB Construction Management LTD to carry out a rear extension and full house refurbishment. Construction kicked off 2 weeks prior to the original May 2020 lock down. Despite juggling issues such as the closing of trade merchants, personnel issues, our inability to visit site as regularly as planned - RIB Construction Management LTD took this all in their stride and delivered the project in line with the planned timeline ! The quality of the finish is second to none and involved some sizeable technical elements (open planning basement, adding over-sized glazing areas, increasing ceiling heights) and we are absolutely delighted with the finish. We'll never use another builder again! Thanks to the RIB Construction team!

High standard work by Rimas and his team across all trades. Upgrade of my place required electric and plumbing work as well as stripping out, laying new flooring, plastering, woodwork, tiling.
