I was moved in two months ago. And I found a part outside the window is loose and broken .they promise During the first two years, the warranty is provided by Bellway and covers damage repair.but this is what customer care reply to me： They advised they have had a look and advised it has been damaged after their installation and they are unable to replace it.

Damages have to be reported on the date of completion and recorded on the QA form otherwise Bellway cannot be held liable for them.

Apologies I cannot help in this instance. I can't imagine anyone expected bought a new build house will damage after 2 months and no one can fix it for you.they don't even sent anyone to check on it.i don't think they will care or responsible for cover damage repair
