Great service from Metro Rod for my blocked drain. Person who booked me in on the phone was helpful and friendly. Enginner came within 3 hours of me making the call and on Christmas Eve too. He was fast and professional and explained to me what the issue was. The Payments team called within 30 mins to take the payment. Will absolutely use this company again if I have more drain problems

I thought that there was little likelihood of getting any drain operator to attend a blocked drain on a Bank Holiday, but Metro Rod attended within 24 hours. It was a swift ,successful operation. The drain engineer was friendly, polite and very patient. He speedily diagnosed and rectified the problem. A good example of a well trained and experienced operative. I was very impressed with Metro Rod and would happily recommend them to others.
