Terrible experience from start to finish. My mum had a flood at home and LLED were assigned to us through Saga Insurance. They don’t turn up when arranged. Ripped the kitchen out then didn’t come back for weeks. Communication nothing but hard work. Poor workmanship and actually caused a second flood due to a shoddy plumber and we had to claim a 2nd time due to their incompetence. They love to blame everyone else but themselves, even their customers. AVOID!!
