After getting a quote for double the price from another local company with less years of experience, I was pleasantly surprised with the price.
Arthur came out to survey the work and he was incredibly helpful and honest, giving me loads of advice and I felt confident in his recommendations.
After agreeing to the quote, they managed to fit me in really fast for the work to be completed which consisted of replacing joists, floorboards and spraying the woodworm treatment.
Evan and Martin then came out, on time and were really friendly and completed the work to a high standard with minimal disruption. They explained what they were going to do and I am really happy with the work.
I'd highly recommend this company and they were really good value as well and all come with a guarantee and no upfront costs. Cannot fault anything.

I'm very happy with the remedial work carried out by Evan and Kevin on my property. This involved crack stitching, stabilisation of a gable wall and damp treatment. Booked for an inspection of my roof void the surveyor confirmed that there was no damp there but woodworm was found. I got a detailed and we'll written survey report back two days after the survey was done, it was a much better price than Peter Cox at being half the price thar they quoted for the work. The was was carried out by Evan who was very efficient and got the work done quickly, explaing exactly what he was going to do and had done when he was there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
