Kim, via his team of Nick, Toby and Simon helped renovate our home in Saltford. This involved predominantly a single-storey side extension with kitchen, new bathroom, major structural changes / groundworks, and other internal work.

The guys on site showed excellent attention to detail, were courteous, hard working and generally a pleasure to have around during the 3 and a half month time they were here. Yes, there were a few minor bumps along the way (as you'd expect with any work), but they always spotted and fixed issues without needing any prompting from us. We're delighted with the quality of the end result.

Financially, stuck to the agreed and expected costs, and time-wise, pretty much bang on Kim's projection.

Very pleased and relieved to have the right choice in Linebuild.

On time and on budget! Linebuild built a single-story rear extension to our architect's plans. All signed-off with building control and all relevant certificates received. Kim is easy to work with and conscientious. The team we had was very polite and showed a good deal of consideration for us (+ two preschoolers), our wishes and also for our neighbours throughout the build. Would definitely recommend.

Linebuild built a large double-storey extension for us, starting in January 2016. Kim and his team were very reliable and hardworking, and we were amazed at how quickly the work proceeded. There were no unexpected extra charges, and the team returned the site to a tidy state, even repairing our block paved driveway. We did have some issues with the finishing of internal jobs (e.g. the woodwork / fitting of doors), and plumbing, but Kim was very responsive in putting issues right. We also had some issues with subcontractors, particularly with the electricians (I understand that Kim no longer uses this particular subcontractor). I would advise that the electrics should be planned in advance and quoted for in detail with an experienced electrician. Those caveats aside, this was a large and complex job and we were very pleased with overall result. The finished house is a transformation and we have had so many positive comments - we have already recommended Linebuild to several friends and neighbours.

We had Linebuild do extensive works on our house including a kitchen extension, bathroom expansion and replacing our water and gas supply. The work started in October 2015 and the project moved on quickly. Unfortunately this speed was at a cost.

We had to recall Kim on a number of different occasions to deal with leaks in both their plumbing and the new roof they had put on. We are now having to get another builder to come and fix our roof and a long list of other snags which have been discovered. Kim won't answer calls and has stopped responding to emails.

For the past 8 years Linebuild has maintained my property in Brislington. They did the initial renovations to the property including installing new central heating, complete rewiring, new kitchen and bathroom etc.
They have always been very professional and kept to appointments. Their work has always been of a high standard and Kim and his team are pleasant and considerate.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Linebuild built an extension to our kitchen/dining room and reconfigured the kitchen to our design; it was completed for the quoted cost and timeframe.
All work was carried out to a high standard, including the subcontracted plasterer and electrician.
The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and any request was met with a ‘can do’ attitude. A particular thank you must go to Nick in this regard.
The work involved the excavation of part of the rear garden which was returned to an improved state after completion of the extension.
We would recommend Kim and his team.
