Not a good experience. Made 3 calls to view a property over period of a week as no one had got back to me. They took my details for their system only to tell me that I can't view the property as mine wasn't yet on the market. This is fair enough but communicating this from the outset would have saved wasting my time and theirs. In a nutshell, their attitude very much came across as "I'm not interested" and "I don't have time for this". 100% would not put my property on the market with them.
