Ed, the owner of the business. Has done a fantastic job. He was able to come down as soon as I needed him to, to assess the plot and then came down that afternoon to finish the job. I would like to personally thank Ed for not only the skill of his work, but also in the manner he presented himself, a very kind and genuine gent. We used Purbeck Groundworks recently to look at forming our new driveway and parking area. Ed responded as soon as we sent the email enquiry and met with him the next day to talk through the project. He provided a number of potential cost saving ideas that we hadn't considered and provided a comprehensive and detailed quote for the works.
He turned up as promised to start the works on the agreed day with great communication through phone calls and text messages to keep us informed.
He worked tirelessly and meticulously and always keep the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and in budget and looks great.
As an architect working within the trade you can become disillusioned with some trades that promise the earth and don't deliver or just don't turn up!!
Ed is a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend.
