We recently had the pleasure of working with ProBuild360 for our home renovation project, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The process started quickly and efficiently. When the team first arrived, I was initially overwhelmed, wondering if we really wanted to proceed. My husband and I had debated for years whether we should take on such a significant project. When we finally decided to go ahead, it felt like a huge leap. Watching everything being knocked down and living without central heating or hot water for the first six weeks was challenging, but ProBuild360 made it bearable.

Bahram, who came to us first for our Build Consultation, was brilliant. He provided fantastic ideas and made communication with ProBuild effortless. The entire team was professional, and everyone knew their roles. From my first conversation with Savannah, I could tell we were in capable hands. Despite the initial overwhelm of planning and office visits, their expertise made the process much easier.

We had initially signed up with another company but didn't feel they were the right fit. Through a friend's recommendation, we found ProBuild, and we are so glad we did. The whole process was smooth, with no significant problems. When they discovered asbestos, they handled it professionally and gave us great advice along the way.

Working with different project managers for various aspects of the renovation was seamless. Each manager knew their responsibilities. Everything was so well-coordinated that it made the process stress-free.

The extension has truly transformed our lives. With a big family, including four children and their partners, we now have ample space for everyone. Our extended family has also been impressed with the new space. Before, we used to crowd into a small dining room, but now we have the space we need.

My husband has always wanted a big kitchen, and now he has it. He's thrilled, and so am I. The kitchen is perfect, and I’m sure, as a chef, he'll be cooking many wonderful meals there.

Overall, I would recommend ProBuild 100%. Their professionalism, clear communication, and efficient project management made the entire renovation process a breeze. We didn’t have to worry about a thing; they took control, and we stood back in amazement. Our neighbour, a former builder, was also impressed with the build quality. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience.

Simply brilliant! Why juggle a load of tradespeople on a project when ProBuild takes all the hassle out out of it! I got them in so they could modernise our kitchen and lounge, and the quality was second to none! Everything from the building consultation, through the design phase and the building work itself was outstanding! Great communication throughout and a very detailed building and costing schedule allowed us to keep on top of the project without the stress. Working with ProBuild is like having a warm hug and you feel like it's your family doing the work.

Communication was another strong point. Savannah, in particular, was fantastic at managing agreements and building control, and she continued to offer support even after the project was completed. The reliability and consistency of the ProBuild360 team set them apart from other contractors we've encountered.

In summary, ProBuild360 provided an outstanding service, combining quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional building company.

We have used Probuild 360 a number times over the last few years for various projects including, electrical works, roofing, underfloor heating and some complex structural remodelling of our home. We have found the whole team to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable with a real eye for detail.

I can't recommend Probuild360 enough. We have had several of their knowledgeable employees come out to our house to sort various issues. Max Parinchy went out of his way to make sure he could send someone round promptly. Regardless of how small the job they take pride in their work and customer service. They are thorough with their work which unfortunately is not always the case in the building trade. Well worth the money!
