We recently had the pleasure of working with Matt Howard of Premier Project Management for a comprehensive home renovation that included updating three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. Our house is 90+ years old and we weren’t sure how it would go. I am thrilled to report that the project exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

First and foremost, Matt completed the renovation within the requested two-month deadline. It was a tight deadline; however, Matt was confident that he could get it done. This was especially impressive given the scope of work involved, and we did not use a designer. The project was completed on budget, demonstrating his excellent planning and execution skills.

The quality of work was exceptional—every detail was meticulously addressed, and the finished spaces look stunning. What truly stood out was the professionalism throughout the process. Matt and his team were not only skilled but also incredibly clean and efficient, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily life as well as taking into consideration our neighbours. They often commented on how clean our place looked despite the demo and other work that had to be completed outside the house.
