A very difficult HOA to communicate with. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Not very results driven organization. The inability to contact or get a reply can be so frustrating as a home owner.

This is early days. My HOA has only been managed by PCM for a couple of months but the difference is evident! Past managerial relationships have varied from incompetence and impatience to outright fraud. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in its integrity, exhibits patience, offers constructive suggestions and calms troubled waters.

They don't answer my emails. I have no idea how to check our HOA minutes. They make the system cumbersome to say the least and I plan on finding out who exactly is in charge of communication with this company because they get a big F in my book with regard to the one thing they are hired to do.

Emails ignored by the community manager, left us to the “wolves” when we had serious security breaches, complete lack of care. I strongly recommend against hiring this company to manage your property.
