I contacted Lead Talent through a job board for a specific position and fell under the care and direction of Emma Tolley. From the very first contact she was focused and kind in her approach, always treating me as an individual and not a number. The obvious care and dedication she, and I suspect everyone at the agency, displays in matching people to roles and really listening to the needs of clients and candidates is evident. From the first phone-call to job offer took less than a week and I’m now in my dream job and still reeling from the new opportunity Emma was able to guide me to. She kept in contact via calls and texts, was never too busy to discuss interviews or offer advice and I would recommend anyone to approach her and be secure in the knowledge she will do her very best to secure you the position you desire. I have been overwhelmed by the amazing and most professional service that Emma has given me on my journey to seek a new role. Although I did not get placed in the end this was definfinalty no reflection on Emma the consistent and overall compassion that has been shown has been second to none, every step of the way.
