We recently had a 35m² kitchen extension completed by The Wards Team, and we’re thrilled with the outcome. They managed every detail – from the flat roof and deep 2.4m footings to the knock-through and installation of new bifold doors – all to an excellent standard.

A few things that really impressed us was their speed to action (unheard of with some builders), flexibility and professionalism. We made a few off-spec changes during the project, and they handled them quickly and smoothly, a clear sign of their experience. They were also incredibly reliable, always arriving on time and keeping the project on track. On top of that, they kept the workspace clean and minimized dust in the rest of the house, which was a huge relief since we have a 9-month-old.

If you’re looking for a builder who is skilled, dependable, and makes the whole process stress-free, I highly recommend The Wards Team. Their workmanship and professionalism delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks everyone for such a smooth project.

Wards removed an old conservatory and replaced it with a much larger brick extension. They kept us fully informed at all stages during the process and offered ideas and advice to help us achieve exactly what we wanted. They left the site neat and tidy at the end of each day and were very considerate of the the disruption caused during the build. They were always polite and trustworthy and were a pleasure to have working in and around the house. We are delighted with the finished extension completed within the agreed timescale.

A fantastic building company who help us from the planning and design, through to the finished project. The project ws a complete remodelling of downstairs including moving a kitchen and removing two supporting walls.
