We used Vines for our kitchen renovation which included removing a load bearing wall to open up the space. Matt kept in constant contact before and throughout the process and answered any of our questions. Matt and Dean completed the work to an extremely high standard, we were impressed with how clean the space was left at the end of each day. They helped organise everything from plumbing, flooring and electrician. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen!

Vines Construction Ltd was recommended to me by a friend who had recently completed a similar project and I am very pleased I contacted Matt.

My project involved a complete ground floor and partial first floor renovation including open plan kitchen/diner, Velux and bifold install, significant steelwork, garage conversion, bathrooms, all new windows, soffits, fascias and complete decoration. The whole project was completed in under 8 weeks which was very impressive given the extent of the work needed. I couldn’t believe the phenomenal pace at which the team worked, every day there was significant progress.

The entire project was managed professionally with excellent communication throughout. I moved out of my home during the renovation and was kept informed through daily photos, videos and voicenotes to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and when.

Matt is clearly someone who has a passion for what he does and genuinely cares about delivering a successful project. He took a holistic overview to the project and didn't just deliver what was expected but went above and beyond to fix issues that weren't part of the brief which could have impacted the successful delivery. There were many examples of this but one issue involved fixing a waste pipe in the upstairs bathroom to ensure it drained properly, this required fixing a floor joist in addition to changing the waste pipe.

Matt ensured that every single part of the project was delivered to a very high standard and if it wasn't it was rectified. I found that Matt had an excellent balance of delivering my vision but also being able to help guide decisions to ensure the best outcome was achieved. Matt’s experience also meant that he picked up on a big miss by my architect which saved me considerable hassle at the end of the project.

Huge thanks to Matt, Dave and the whole Vines Construction Ltd team for creating a beautiful new home. The entire team were very polite and professional and even though I had moved out during the renovation the site was left tidy at the end of every day.

Wow, where to start… Matt and his amazing team recently did a rear extension for us. You could not put your home in better hands. We would just like to say how delighted we are with the service we received from Vines Construction for our house refurb. Matthew and his team across all the trades were a delight to work with and very professional. As crucial as anything, Matthew’s communications on a daily, sometimes hourly basis were exemplary, using a WhatsApp group to provide progress reports (video, audio and text). This made all the difference. Advice from the team was excellent and helped us make critical decisions quickly. Matthew also worked well with other suppliers – in particular the patio door engineer - where building and installation tolerances were critical and had to match precisely. Matthew often said when inevitable challenges arose, “there’s only solutions” and he always found them.
Our overall experience was one of support, trust and confidence all at real value for money. Most importantly, we are delighted with the final result. Would recommend Vines without hesitation.
