An excellent experience with Ark. Lee came up with a wonderful, innovative and sustainable design for our new build, which encapsulated exactly the design elements we wanted. His design was sympathetic to the plot and the local area. He went above and beyond the agreed brief and produced some fantastic graphics showing us how the finished build could look. Lee was also very responsive and met all deadlines. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly recommend Ark. Lee recently designed our contemporary new build with dedication, great attention to detail and with care. We love the design and it functions exceptionally well as a family home. What can I say .. with a project with no floor plans for my new build and very little to go by on drawing new drawings to present to the local authorities i could not have chosen best people to do the impossible task for me . I had planing granted straight away but not only that . Having issues with pipe work running through my land Lee was able to adjust every issue to spec and gone above and beyond his duties to satisfy SWW on the second set of drawings as well the local Cornish council . I highly recommend this firm as I saw a professional approach , understanding costumer needs and added extras with a short time frame on performing demanded tasks . I am a very happy costumer and I will certainly be using this firm again. Thank you ?

Lee put together a tasteful design for our planned kitchen extension, making the most of the rather unorthodox space enclosed by our rear terrace. As part of the process of making the drawings, he offered good advice on ancillary matters, such a drainage, roof coverings and lighting, and also handled all the formalities of planning permission and building regulations.
