I chose Dan and his team to replace my en suite shower, enclosure, tray and tiling. Reliable, punctual, considerate, courteous, tidy, hard working and helpful in every way. I have used CPH a number of times in a private & landlord capacity (boiler replacement, emergency leak repair & sink tap replacement), and the last occasion on behalf our flat management company to repair a leaking mains pipe within a concrete floor. Our boiler was making a strange noise and was also due a service, so we called to get it looked at. The lady at the office who booked us in was lovely, and got us in quite quickly (ideal just before Christmas). A guy called Ollie came to take a look and he was great, really polite and friendly. He offered to take his shoes off, asked permission to do xyz, and generally talked us through things we can do to maintain the boiler. We had another issue from a radiator upstairs and he sorted it for us in seconds and also gave some advice on a previous plumbing issue we’d had. He went above and beyond and we’ll definitely use these guys again because of how Ollie was. Thanks so much!
