MJ Rooney carried out the lower ground floor/basement waterproofing for our house from design to execution to an excellent standard and I would very highly recommend them for such projects. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. The entire team is very knowledgeable and the owners are always available to answer any queries. They are honest and hard working, they kept the site very tidy and finished the project on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

Andrew C Smith, Consulting Structiural Engineer. Rooney's recently successfully carried out a most unusual project in Clerkenwell - to waterproof the 'House of Detention' the buried basement storey of a C19 gaol. Their input to the detailed design of the waterproofing system was critical to its success and they then carried out the work to a high standard. They were then straightforward about agreeing the final account for the work. Highly recommended.
