I bought a house here in September and everything was great, were told it’s had a sea view but on completion it didn’t, then a few days ago we found out that 3 of the properties they couldn’t sell we’re acquired by the local council with a potential to house asylum seekers, had we had know this from the start from the lovely lady who sold us this house (whom I’ll refer to as S, you know who you are!!) we wouldn’t have bought the property.
The sales office seemed to be well briefed about this as they were sort of giving answers to questions not yet asked and making me feel that I was out of order.
So just to recap, if you want to spend £250,000 to live on a private estate and potentially have asylum seekers living directly opposite you then a gleeson home is for you

I bought a Gleeson home on pinfold park Bridlington. Everything seemed great at first but get a few months into owning and the customer care goes out of the window. We have problems that are supposed to be warranted but the so called customer care is zero. Arrogant isn’t the word. The management team are disgusting. All yu get is yu bought it now tuff. I would not recommend this company at all. Seemed great till they have your money. Wish we never bothered with Gleeson homes.
