Phenomenal hourly rate of pay, endless hours of work, 100 plus per week, every week. Aloof project manager, no performance evaluations, no real leadership only two dozen supervisors each telling you a different rule to follow. A new rule every hour or so it seemed. I met some good people and once our project suddenly ended and we were laid off via text message at 7:30 am many of those people are now friends.

My husband came to work for this company and let me just say this is not the best company to work for!!!!! They are not organized and very discriminating again the workers. They told my husband in the interview that he would be paid at 3 dollars for using his vehicle per hour and on top of that get paid 14 dollars an hour, but he only got paid 2 dollars an hour. That was a rip off knowing that he use our vehicles just for them to pay 2 dollars an hour to drive around and look for debris.‍♀️‍♀️

This company is contracted to clean up fort myers after the hurricane but gives zero regard for those of us trying to recover. Every time there truck passes my house they drive through my cable line and take out my internet. The driver didn’t care, his supervisor Alexander hung on me when I was trying to tell him about it.

Fort Myers, please never hire this company again. They don’t deserve the business if they can’t be considerate of those just affected my a natural disaster. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Recovering from a hurricane disaster in Fort Myers and this crew physically cut the lines off my house multiple times because they couldn’t use any care when come through our neighborhood. They were contracted through the city to help and honestly made our lives more difficult. I work from home and can’t work because the internet company can’t fix the problem until the end of the week. This has happened multiple times. I called the supervisor and he was rude, never apologized, and then hung up on me. His name was Alexander. I don’t understand how they can be so insensitive when they are in an area that is recovering from a natural disaster.

Best company to work for. If you do your Job and listen to your OM and field super and you will have a a good time and the money is great. In ormond beach we had the best Om and field super. They stressed PPE and safety every day. Thank you Darlene Teachman and Lance McGilvery for the best work environment.

i dont know the big boys , but the site supervisor are prejudice low life i recommend the whole world to work for them so they can see what a lbunch of low life they are , they have an identity problem and they think they are debris/ trash that needs to be gone to manor program
