Nathaniel designed this raised garage. At the back, there's an ensuite bathroom for one of the bedrooms. Nathaniel took away all the stress to do with planning applications and further recommended an excellent firm of builders to do the job. He responded in double quick time to any queries and supported us through the whole process. We found Nathaniel to be an outstanding architect and a thoroughly genuine person. We invited 3 Architects up to give their opinion on the complete redesign and enlargement of our 1970s bungalow, which hadn't been touched since it was built. Living in a sensitive area The South Devon AONB we knew this would present planning restrictions.

As soon as we met Nathaniel Morris we knew instantly that we had a connection and that he was the Architectural Designer for us! He communicated effectively and listened to our requirements and asked how we wanted to live in our home. We felt he had innovative vision and enthusiasm to carry our project forward. We found Nathaniel to be a great problem solver, enabling us to have a beautiful atrium entrance without compromising on the internal upstairs space, whilst still being mindful of what the planners would allow.

It was a real WOW moment when he presented us with the computer generated imagery of our future home. It exceeded all of our expectations.
Nathaniel's expertise and guidance enabled our plans to be approved first time. No mean feat considering the constraints of the sensitive area he had to work within.

Nathaniel is very personable and knowledgeable, in short, very good at what he does. We have every confidence in him to deliver our once in a lifetime dream home and because we feel so comfortable with him, we are utilising his services to help project manage the build.
