We heard about Transform Architect when visiting a mutual friend at their home and saw their work first-hand. Martin the architect, had designed their house which was to me one-of a kind, akin to a property on "Grand Designs".

We have a child with cerebral palsy and he has unique special needs. Martin took the time to listen and go through our requirements in detail. Unlike a previous architect which we initially tried, he asked questions we never thought of and was very insightful, anticipating our requirements.

We also had an unusual request of incorporating a mezzanine into our bungalow and he found a novel way of achieving this by digging down to create the additional space. I liked how he was willing to try new ideas and think "outside the box" which was what we wanted.

We were very happy with the proposed plans he has drawn and he was happy to make any further changes required. Always found him to respond very promptly and drafted the plans very promptly. Also loved the 3-D walkthrough of the design.
