I brought The Building Inspector onto my project after having issues with the local authority building control.

From the outset the improvement in service levels was clearly demonstrable and a number of issues previously missed were highlighted in a professional way allowing me the time for them to be corrected.

The visits and support continued around covid restrictions and the project was signed off with me fully confident that all was in good order.

An excellent service from a very professional company who I fully recommend.

We had to retrospectively request a final completion certificate for our extension and from the start the staff were extremely responsive and efficient promptly providing the relevant documentation to the local authority and us.

We are really impressed by their professionalism and efficiency and would have no hesitancy in highly recommending them.

This company failed to show up on site when they were needed/required and as a result wasted my builders time, further costing me nearly £1.000 to prove work had been completed on my drains to the council nearly 3yrs after the fact as they failed to show up when this was done to sign it off. It’s taken them 3 YEARS to get my final certificate to me.
