A rare find - honest and competent constructors who take pride in their work. After so many friends' horror stories of delays and issues, we were pretty apprehensive about our renovation. However, working with Branko and Luka was really positive experience. They completed everything AHEAD of time and on budget!!!

The renovations were on an old victorian house: opening the common space (ie getting rid of a structural wall), building a new bathroom on our second floor, adding a utility room, rewiring / electrical work, as well as an array of cosmetic work - repainting, installing new cabinets, etc.

They were able to foresee potential technical issues, regulatory steps, and supplier delays, so there were no big surprises, and they managed to come up with a technical solutions for some of our trickier requests.

Communication was great- they checked in with us every step of the way and tried to understand how we would use each room to ensure the renovations made sense and proactively suggest improvements. Our only issue was having to make decisions very quickly - in large part because they moved so much faster than we expected. Finalltly, we appreciated that they let us know in advance if any potential decision would change the budget.

3 months in all the work they did is still functioning well - THANK YOU BRANKO AND LUKA.

The team at Tenen did a fantastic job at refurbishing my dated, non-functional Victorian conversion, turning it into a stunning open-plan flat with contemporary features. They took care of every step, from planning and demolition to fitting and decoration, with professionality, patience and bespoke advice. The team have worked together for over twenty years, which makes them efficient and lightning fast. They are very experienced in the renovation of high-end properties and know the London market inside-out. I couldn't recommend them more!
