Dan surveyed our ceiling which was damaged by a water leaked during the Covid-19 as it was not noticed while we were in our other home.
He came over and checked if thr structure was safe to fixed the damaged and if it was okay to get plastered.
He came over on time and gave us advice what's the safe way to fix the problem. Very happy with the service. THANK YOU.

Sphion understood our vision for our house and his drawings really helped us visualise what we could do. The builders who have seen the drawings have all commented on the detail and how good they are. Sphion was always on hand to answer any queries and quick to respond. We are so pleased with their marvellous efforts.

we were recommended Sphion from a family member when we were having difficulty with the architect our builder had arranged, for our attached garage to bedroom toilet and utility room. The original plans hadn't been submitted and had a time limited extension.

Dan, took the measurements, various photos and acted without haste to our needs. He cane across very knowledgeable, sincere and honest in the design and implementation of this.

We Used Sphion to design and coordinate a large change of use project from commercial to residential , a challenging project was simplified mainly due to this companies knowledge and expertise , they made the whole process run on time and smoothly so we could not be happier with sphion and will be using the team again for other projects .
