Alex is patient, we have asked him many questions and he is always responsive in his replies. Very good communication.

He completed all the drawings, dealt with the planning permission, structural engineers as well as the building control side. This has made the whole process hassle free. Alex shares drawings through a 3D view which really gives you an idea of what your house will look like.

He took on board our lack of experience in home building and renovation and has made the process very easy and stress free.
Alex came to visit the house and considered our families needs and wants, went away and managed to capture exactly what I’d envisaged, which is incredible given I’d not given him much other than how many rooms we needed and open plan living.
Any minor tweaks have been no trouble at all and he’s at the end of the phone or email as many times as you need.
