Paul, Paul and Robbie completed an extension to our property, including a new kitchen and refurbishing our utility room in May 2024. They also laid a new patio, rebuilt our front garden wall, built a pergola, built a new bin area and fitted a new side gate.
We cannot recommend them highly enough, they are extremely skilled at what they do, work to a very high standard, on budget and on time.
They were friendly, personable, neat & tidy and open to any changes we made during the build.
We lived in the house for the duration of the build and they went out of their way to make it as smooth and undisruptive for us as possible.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

RLS Construction completed a renovation for us at the end of 2023 which included a complete reconfiguration of the downstairs layout, new kitchen, new shower room, extension and patio.

RLS Construction completed a downstairs extension for us that included reconfiguring the layout and a new kitchen. They installed two new bathrooms, replaced all doors and laid a patio.
The work was completed to an excellent standard, with continued consultation being flexible to changes in scope and requirements. The guys at RLS have done an outstanding job transforming our typical 1950's 3-bed semi into a more modern home. They undertook work to add a double-storey side extension, extension of the porch-way, extension at the rear, and add a family bathroom and en-suite.

The work has been completed to a very high standard and they demonstrated their knowledge and skill across a number of trades.

After much debate on who to use for doing an entire re roofing job, we chose RLS construction having seen their work in action from a house around the corner from us. We are and were delighted with the result, as they truly are a family business, never turning up late, staying on the job until completion and great to discuss issues with in finding resolution. After removing extensive ivy from our inherited back garden fencing we discovered a number of brickwork piers had split at the base (in addition, the fences were falling apart).

Robbie and his team rebuilt these piers and a section of wall, plus installed new fencing (and gates) throughout. They were able to remove invasive tree roots and retain the original stone caps saving us additional expense. We also had a wall around our raised bed extended. Robbie was able to find bricks that matched the existing structure; we were very pleased with this.

RLS Construction were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them highly and hope to employ them on future projects.
