I can't say I know much about what this business does as far as it's actual performance, but if the way at least one of its drivers drives on the road way, then it's not looking good. I drive Hwy 49 from Sonora to San Andreas 4 days a week in the early mornings, between 520-6am, and almost every day, this driver in a Mozingo company truck comes flying up and tailgating to the point of serious danger if ever I had to hit the brakes for anything, and I'm usually cruising at 60mph with cruise control, so my speed doesn't vary much. I've been passed on a double yellow many times, sometimes even on blind curves, by this driver. They have passed me using the center turn lanes in both Angel's Camp and San Andreas. I've almost been run off the road several times, rear ended too numerous to recall by this driver. I'm at the point, the next time, I'm going to call CHP and report it, I already have the license plate number recorded!

Don't expect these guys to take responsibility for anything they do. I had my exhaust ripped out of my car because they had the plate way too high and they didn't feather the edges. The City of Ceres had talked to Mozingo Construction and Mozingo had stated to them that they were aware of the plate being to high and they would assume responsibility for my claim. The City of Ceres gave me there contact information.

After a week of calling with out a reply I finally was able to get a hold of the contact person the City of Ceres had given me. I was able to give her all my information and photos. After about two to three weeks of running around they had told me they were not going to honer my claim. there excuse was that the city of Ceres had approved the plate height there for they were not responsible for the damage to my car.

I called the City of Ceres to tell them my response from Mozingo and the City of Ceres stated to me that was a down right lie. For the last week the City of Ceres has been trying to call them with no luck. Basically now they are ignoring the City of Ceres.

If your looking for an honest company this would not be the one, keep looking.
