Always polite and happy people on the order line. My rubbsih was 100% wood so they offered a 'wood only' skip at a much lower price than a 'general waste' skip. Polite and pleasant delivery driver, even apologised for turning up quite early in the morning. Skip delivered and carefully placed so it's easy to fill it. I've used Mick George for skips and materials many times and I have always had a positive experience

We had a skip dumped on our drive when we were out at work, we did not nor ever will order from Mick George. Following the disrespectful experience with their helpline in which we were hung up on, we were asked if it even was a Mick George skip despite us telling them we called the number on the side of the skip. We asked them to collect it but was told this was the last delivery for the day so wouldn't collect until tomorrow. They advised we had to keep it until tomorrow despite this leaving us having to park our car unsecured overnight.
The delivery driver clearly couldn't be asked and was at the end of his shift, dumping the skip at a drive TWO STREETS away.
If you're thinking of using Mick George, they will leave your order at any address they feel like because they can't be asked.

Terrible customer service had 13+ skips whilst renovating a house then they collected a skip without me booking a collection and without notice before we had filled it. Had all the previous skips on exchange.Called wait on the phone for 30+ minutes to be told that there was nothing they could do! Will get the next 20 skips elsewhere a found a cheaper quote!

The driver who delivered sharp sand today on NN3 refused to unload in the back of the garden (where it was easy to access) and unloaded everything in a small area of ​​the property in front of the house. I need this sand in the back of the garden because there is work going on there and it will take me a long time to transport (wheelbarrow) back and forth. Also when I mentioned the back access to the garden the driver started talking in a raised voice and acting provocatively.

I ordered an 8 yard skip online. Easy process. Skip was delivered mid morning on the agreed date, and placed exactly, neatly, where I needed it to be. The driver was friendly and courteous. The skip was collected first thing on the agreed day of collection.

Can’t ask for more. Perfect. Thanks to you all at Mick George.

Absolutely horrific. Never. Ever. Would I order a skip through these again...ordered a skip which we have done multiple times without any issues. Vincent the driver today was screaming and shouting out of his cab of his lorry at me, very intimidating, calling me stupid, a liar and refused to deliver the skip onto our double garage driveway. Do not use these. Wait longer and order through a different company..so unprofessional and downright rude! Spoke to customer service who are getting rebooked even though I asked for refund. Apparently the driver will be able to deliver tomorrow as he is more experienced. Waited in all day to be abused by a staff member of this company. Appalled.

Specifically ordered, and paid extra for, a skip with a door because we’d be moving large quantities of earth with a wheelbarrow. Waited in all day Friday for delivery, when it arrived no one even knocked, they just dumped the skip in the driveway with the skip door so close to the garage doors that we can’t get the skip door open. Tried to call to get the skip moved, but lines were already closed for the bank holiday weekend at 4:45pm on the Friday. Deeply frustrating, very disappointed.
