The fit & finish of the product SOHO provides is unrivaled and when an issue does in fact arise, they take ownership of such and handle in a fashion best suited for the Home Owner at hand. Drew and his team are amazing to work with! If you dream it they will make it happen! SOHO will listen to their customers wants and makes it happen. Throughout the entire process of building our home they were prompt and communicated very well. If any issues were found (which there weren’t many at all) they were addressed immediately with their subcontractors. Nick, their foreman 9/10 already found the issue and addressed it before I even pointed it out.

Their build quality is great and you won’t find a better bang for your your buck! Their attention to detail is also on point. This would be the only contractor I would use if I was building another home!! Thank you Drew and Nick for going the extra mile and building a great home for our family!
