Stubbington hip to gable with dormer loft conversion.
Very happy with the service provided by Billy and his team at BMC. From the initial consultation, through design and build, he and his team have been excellent. We had our roof re-built (to gain extra ridge height) and a dormer added to create two bedrooms, a shower room and a small landing in the Autumn of 2023. We met with and received quotes from a number of local building companies, looking not just for a good price but also someone that we thought we would be able to work with constructively for the 2-3 months of the build. BMC provided both. Firstly, their price and programme was good, and they kept faithfully to each (allowing for a few upgrades and add-ons that we requested). Secondly, and at least equally importantly, they were friendly, professional, personable throughout, happy to give but not push advice, and happy to accept feedback and alterations. I will take the opportunity to thank again all the guys who worked carefully around us: Ash, Dylan, Jack, Dan, Reese, and also Kane, Henry, Cam and Taylor, as well as the numerous subcontractors who came in as needed. We are very, very happy with the result and will certainly be calling Billy if and when we have any future projects. We would not hesitate to recommend BMC to anyone who is planning a loft conversion or similar.

When looking for a Builder to manage and complete our loft conversion Billy came out on top for his customer service and attention to detail before the work even began.
The team worked quickly and efficiently with little to no mess (we expected a lot more disruption). However, I was able to work from home during the entire loft conversion!
The team were happy to answer any questions from me / my wife. Billy was also flexible when minor changes were required to the plans / layout.
All of the trades Billy used were polite and courteous in our home and we couldn't reccomend them highly enough.

We hired Billy and his team for a double hip-to-gable and dormer loft conversion comprising a master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The end result is spectacular. A few niggles along the way, mainly around getting trades in on time in the latter part of the project and it took a bit longer than expected to get across the line. Those issues that did crop up during the build - as might be expected on a large project - were resolved swiftly by Billy. Overall, really pleased with the work done.

When choosing the perfect company to help us design and build our loft conversion.
BMC loft conversions come out tops.
Excellent service from Billy and his guys George and Dylan.
Work was carried out professionally guys were polite kept work areas clean tidy .
Respected our home and also the neighbours around us.
Arrived on time and ready to start the day.
Standard and quality of work was excellent.
Any queries were addressed also advice when changing or adapting things .
Always kept in touch if any changes for the day.

Unfortunately not all contractors were as respectful or professional.
But issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally by Billy and his office team .

Highly recommend BMC loft conversions.
