David came down to look at a structural job for us so that we could remove a load bearing wall and open up our kitchen and dining room to create more space and light. He quickly came back with the necessary calculations and a steel beam specification and advised us on how to go about the process from there.
Having spoken to a couple of other surveyors/ engineers it seemed that his pricing was also very fair.
The engineer often gets forgotten about but I have to say that the removal of the wall has transformed the space completely!
A really nice guy too so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others looking for building surveys or structural work.
