Great service. Faulty outside security light expertly sorted despite late call out at night with Coby fixing the wiring problem up a ladder in the dark. So very grateful to him.

(Apologies) didn't get his name. They were absolutely amazing....shoes off at front door
(No need) ....I cannot praise them enough....mum is 85 and Darren ensured mums heating was sorted for her.....fabulous service and I will be contacting in the future.

Ask for a quote for some work after a few weeks didnt get them I had to book while I waited for price. Never got the price then 1 electrician and his apprentice came I work on site so I know what sort of price I could expect then the man left the apprentice to do a lot of the work so took 6 hours to fit extractor fan and very over charged by alot tried to talk to them they were just rude about it left a mess in work place

Truly shocking experience with Cromer electrical.
I would not recommend this company to anybody at all.
They are chasing my late mum for a debt off £954!
They never completed the job infant the electrical installer walked off the job and refused to come back to finish the work.
They have terrible customer service skills.
