Rob answered my appeal on Facebook asking for someone who would quote for a leaking roof, and we arranged a time to meet at the property (his choice of day and time). When the appointed time came and went I rang him (no answer) and messaged him twice (which he read but no reply). Just ghosted me, knowing full well I had driven from Wales especially to meet him. Absolutely reprehensible behaviour from yet another untrustworthy tradesman.
