I waited today too and no one showed up... this is the second appointment the engineer didn't show up for, after confirming it! This is extremely incorrect and unprofessional behavior.

Needed planning permission for a single storey extension. Imran was very helpful, easy to contact, met up with us several times to make sure the plans were exactly what we wanted and ensured that our permission was granted through experience of what would be accepted and what would not. Would recommend to anyone seeking to do similar.

I got in touch with AGM to quote me on planning permission application as well as both planning drawings and structural drawings, the advice from Imran has been great and he has been a real professional throughout. He has always been available and willing to help - even on weekends. I would highly recommend AGM Civil Engineering.

Excellent experience working with AGM. Due to the pressing nature of selling the property, Imran was able to come round the day that I made the first enquiry and perform an initial survey. All other deliverables were very timely and a high standard. Additionally Imran was always readily available to answer the phone and talk me through some of the complexities of the project and also speak to the builders as and when needed. I would highly recommend AGM for any work in future.

We used Imran to apply for planning permission for a garage conversion. He responded very promptly, produced the plans very swiftly and kept the job simple. We were granted permission in about eight weeks. We found Imran very professional and knowledgeable.

Polite when we met him. However we feel mis led on pricing. Despite asking numerous times if that’s everything to make sure he said no that’s it.
Came to planning portal , we found out it was extra £231.
Complained about it and he was rude via text and phone call.
Also failed to meet appointment Monday gone. Not even a phone call or email to say can’t make it.
Numerous things we had to chase due to builders comments that you’d think an architect should pick up.
IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE. That’s why you are misleading. Despite us asking you on a number of occasions you said there’s no extra. Mis leading and feel like we have been scammed
