Lee and his team made a fantastic job of my dropped kerb. From start to finish they were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up the whole area afterwards. I regretfully write this review to express my extreme disappointment with the drop kerb company I recently hired, which goes by the name of DKS (Lee). My encounter with them can only be described as a complete nightmare from start to finish.

First and foremost, they demanded payment upfront, even before commencing any work. This raised a red flag, but I reluctantly agreed, hoping for a professional and efficient service. Little did I know that this decision would lead to weeks of frustration and countless excuses.

From the very beginning, the company exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism. They continually delayed the start of the project, citing various excuses such as alleged phone issues and licensing problems. These excuses dragged on for over two months, leaving us in a state of utter frustration and inconvenience.

Furthermore, despite being paid in full, they failed to deliver the promised service. They assured us they would take care of obtaining the necessary licenses, and we paid them council accordingly. However, they never followed through on their commitments and never returned to complete the job. It became apparent that they had no intention of fulfilling their obligations.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to perform the service we paid for, but they also displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism by making false promises and avoiding contact.

Based on my personal encounter with this company, I strongly advise others to steer clear of DKS (Lee) at all costs. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and financial loss by seeking a reputable drop kerb company that values their customers and upholds their commitments.
