Luke and his team have just completed a garden room extension and an external retaining wall for us both to time and price. Their workmanship and attention to detail has been excellent. Control of the various trades has been superb . We would have no hesitation in recommending them for a building job however large or small.
All the work has been undertaken in a tidy and well ordered polite manner. We are very pleased with the result.

Luke, with his apprentices Kaine and Harvey, recently built a small extension on the back of our bungalow, plus an en-suite in the extension along with a fully boarded loft with lighting and retractable ladder. The quality of their work - and that of the specialists they employed - was exemplary, they were a pleasure to have working for us and their fees were very fair. Nothing was too much trouble and they were fastidious in tidying up after themselves. Their manner was always polite, cheerful and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly be calling in them again when we need further work doing.

Luke and the boys constructed a single-story extension and refitted the interior. The important information to know is they started on schedule, finished on time, to budget, and still did those little extra jobs that make you feel that you are getting a job well done. Really nice people, easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble to get right. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The LA Building and Joinery converted our garage in to a new office/spare room and also divided one of our larger bedrooms in to two. Amazing guys and great talent - we were totally at ease through the whole process, and Luke kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you for looking after us!
