I contacted Henry in a panic after realising I needed building regs approval for a knock through I was planning. We already had the builders booked and it was very short notice. He talked me through the type of application we needed to make, came out within 48hrs to do measurements and structural calculations then liaised with the building control department at the council on our behalf until it was approved. We would have been lost without him!

He’s brilliant at communicating and keeping in touch and really friendly and personable. VERY different to structural engineers / surveyors I’ve come across in the past. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
