I contacted Will at Newbury Design regarding planning permission and drawings for a double garage. He responded quickly and came out to do a site survey and had a wealth of knowledge which benefitted me no end. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Very polite, punctual and affordable.

Will Newbury did the architectural survey, planning and building regulations for our extension, which was a double storey – adding two bathrooms and three rooms. This has now been completed. We hit a wall when the planning permission would not accept our application at the size we wanted, which would have made the extension pointless. Will put together a coherent argument to allow our size and with a couple of reasonable adjustments we were able to have our dream extension, which was previously looking impossible. Will completed the plans with ease and made everything simple and straightforward for us. He also added valuable ideas helped us bring to life what we had imaged. Will is a pleasure to worth with, professional, hard working and highly competent, we would not hesitate to recommend him.
