Clare has been great to work with. She explored our ideas with us, and then presented a number of alternatives that achieved what we hoped for with different pros and cons before we arrived at a final option. She handled all the liaison with the planning department and made recommendations for contractors we could use. Our project hasn't started yet, so no photos to upload, but one day we have every confidence the extension will be great!

She was very accommodating and knowledgeable regarding our aspirations (which is why we chose her) and listened to our requirements providing various solutions for us to discuss.

The whole process was broken down into phases alongside the pricing and payment schedule, so we always knew where we were.

Dealing with Clare and not multiple people (planning, structural engineers etc) made the whole process easy and stress free.

Overall really happy with the service and outcome.

Lang Architects designed and supported our project which was a single story kitchen extension with new boot room and downstairs shower room.
We received first class service from Clare. She was responsive and professional and helped us craft a solution that worked both for our aspirations but also within the boundaries of cost and reasonableness. Clare handled all of our applications to the local authority and others and advised how to handle communications with neighbours and contractors. Clare also offered introductions to key contractors which we exercised and that helped significantly.
