Brad is always flexible where possible to accommodate short notice appointments. My experience of his work has been second to none. To date he has maintained 3 cars in my family. Honest , straightforward, no bullshit. I will always go back.

Arrogant and rude.

Never left a bad review but this guys people skills are terrible. Turned up for a booking that id booked the day off work for to find out he’d cancelled it with no notification because I had my brake pads changed elsewhere… what kind of a company cancels someone’s booking without good reason and doesn’t even have the decency to tell them?!

Took my ford car in for broken belt. Mechanic looked it over called me back told me £351 for parts and to get it repaired. 16 miles later broken belt. He says not his fault as he didn't know that other pulley on airconditioning had taken out all the other components. Not good enough I don't think. Just wanted me to bring car back and spend more. I won't be back or throwing any more money away. I would expect a professional mechanic to fix a car and the repair to Last more than a trip home and 7 miles. Not good in my opinion.
