We feel very fortunate that we chose the right builders to help us to create our dream family home. We heard lots of horror stories from friends who had bad experiences with builders, but we had ZERO issues with Olympus Build, and they constantly went above and beyond to make us happy.

They were recommended to us by our architect, Steve Johnson (who was also great), and from the first meeting they made us feel relaxed and this never changed the entire time of the build.

Their team were always friendly, knowledgable and skilled. When you are opening up your home to people for so long, this is a big thing. They were always punctual, and kept us informed of any issues or delays ahead of time.

What we really liked is that they gave us their advice on things and suggested alternatives to what we were planning on, and each one was a big improvement. An example of this was our bi-fold doors, as we were originally going for sliding doors, but they took time to show us examples of other options.

We changed our minds a few times on what we wanted, yet they never complained or gave any impression that they were irritated. They coordinated well with the other tradesmen we were using such as the driveway, and always made sure we had access throughout so we did not have to move out during the build saving us lots.

In addition to the core build, we added on quite a few extras that was not in the original quote. Some of these things they did without charging for, and for the others they found ways to keep the costs low.

The end product is a very high standard of finish. They were meticulous in their inspection, and have been back a few times to check on any snags, all of which have been sorted without question.

We highly recommend Shaun, Luke and the team to anyone who is looking to improve their home. They are trustworthy, genuine and worth every penny!

All the work was done to a really high quality finish. All the team were highly skilled at their jobs. They were nice people to work with so you immediately felt at ease and you could trust them. They were considerate, turned up promptly, left everything clean and tidy with overall oversight and good communication from Shaun about who was doing what and when.

The project was good value too, delivered in a short timeframe. We had a clear break down of costs and the small number of extra’s that we agreed along the way were quoted for and any items we swapped out were taken off the costing so we were in control of the costs and able to keep to budget which is really important.
