In the past we have only ever tackled house extensions. As novices, we didn’t have a clue about the new build process and after a search to find reputable Architects, we decided on utilising the experience and skills of Edward Parsley Associates (EPA). Since purchasing our plot over a year ago, we have worked closely with the knowledgeable Architects who have been patient throughout and guided us through the process thus far. We hope to be able to commence our strikingly modern new build in early 2025. We entered into this new adventure a bit late in life but look forward to this new chapter in our life journey. We would not hesitate on recommending EPA.

Edward Parsley are one of the best in the business.
They`re very thorough in all aspects of their architectural skills, from the initial design process through to the planning application.
Scott Andrews was assigned to my project and very professional throughout the whole process.
They listen to what you would like to achieve with your property and also offer alternative constructive ideas for your consideration.
Although they`re not the cheapest or quickest in the business, if you`re ultimately looking to get a planning consent Edward Parsley will certainly give you a good chance to succeed.

We needed a reliable Structural Engineering firm for an Essex barn renovation and conversion project. We were recommended to use Edward Parsley Associates Ltd to undertake a structural engineering survey prior to the installation of a 3.65m span of bifold doors. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and highly professional with the detailed drawings and calculations provided to us within 2 or 3 days of the visit.
The cost of the services was very reasonable and we could not recommend the company highly enough.
