Jonathon did an exceptional job in securing planning permission for our Grade II listed house. Despite nearly a year of challenges with the Council, Jonathon persevered - responding to correspondence from all parties promptly and amending the design and other details as requested. His plans and elevations are excellent, and his stakeholder management is similarly first class. We wouldn't have secured buildings and listed planning consent without his commitment and expertise. Cannot recommend Architecture One highly enough. Jonathon designed the summer house in the curtilage of our listed property in a Conservation Area. The associated building team, Construction One then built it. At the same time, our garden room was renovated and had a cloakroom with loo, washbasin, immersion heater, and all the necessary new electric work completed. From start to finish Jonathan was there for us: dealing with the planners, recommending and sourcing suitable materials and finishes, smoothing out all the problems. His knowledge, expertise, calm and professional manner, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills made the whole process so much less stressful than we anticipated. We approached Jonathon and Architecture ONE initially wanting to modify plans for a barn conversion that needed planning adjustments on a limited budget.

We had quite a clear vision of what we wanted to do, and needed someone experienced in navigating the planning process and drawing up professional plans.
