We can not fault Kebbell Developments, we have been living in our house just coming up to twelve months. From purchase to after sell, the service has been impeccable. The quality of their build and interior appliances, is of high standard and brand quality, compared to other new builds we viewed when searching for our new home. Special thanks to Claire who customer service skills, were first class.

Purchased a new premier home from Kebbell. Build is solid but many corners cut across many facets. Electrics, finishes, cabling, outdoor groundwork, non-insulated plumbing (impacts noise whenever water used). In addition poor customer service with attitude of least effort/cost for developer rather than reasonable service and happy customer. Draws out responding to every issue (some have been outstanding for a year), and leans on minimum specifications to limit responsibility. Installed an external pump into an internal service cupboard and won't admit that inappropriate for every toilet flush to be heard through 2 floors of living areas.
